My Christmas wish list when I was just 5 years old was my very own spatula and a hand held power mixer, and that is exactly what Santa granted me. My passion for baking sweet treats began before I could tie my own shoes.

 

After college I spent 20 plus years running my own housecleaning company, serving hundreds of customers, sometimes even delivering them sweet treats on cleaning day.  Though I have always loved the building part of the business, and working for myself, my inner passion was baking, and showing people “the love" through my goodies.

My 4 adopted children inspired my decision to open a bakery when I learned many of their friends in school couldn’t afford treats for their birthday. With very little money in the bank, and the economy tanked, many vacancies at the mall, I approached my husband with my business plan in hand, well, not much of a plan, I just said “Cupcakes! Cupcakes are something we can do.”  It seemed a natural fit to own my very own bakery. As they say “The rest is history!”

Since the day we opened our doors in 2009 community involvement has been our passion. Not only do we strive to offer the best cupcakes known to man, we are passionate about the communities we live in and love being a part of making an impact.

Whether it’s raising money for organizations and schools, or making a grand entrance at a celebration, or ushering in the Holidays with our sweet goodies, we love to be right there, in the middle of it all!
